Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Smidgy → Cancel. Cancelling during a free trial means you won't be charged.
- How do I restore my purchase on a new phone? Open Smidgy → Settings → Restore purchases (make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID).
- How do I export or delete my data? Settings → Your data → Export data / Delete all data. Your tasks live only on your device.
- Voice input doesn't work. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone / Speech Recognition and make sure Smidgy is allowed.
- Notifications don't arrive. Check Settings → Notifications → Smidgy, and make sure Focus modes aren't silencing the app.
