1. Agreement

By downloading or using Smidgy (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. The service

Smidgy is a personal productivity app: voice/text capture, AI-assisted task breakdown and planning, focus timers, routines and statistics. Free usage includes a limited number of AI operations; ongoing AI features require a paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions

• Smidgy Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), with prices shown in the App before purchase. A free trial may be offered; you can cancel during the trial at no charge.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

4. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the App, or use the AI features to generate unlawful content.

5. AI content

AI-generated suggestions (task lists, steps, plans, estimates) are automated outputs and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

6. Not medical advice

Smidgy is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical or psychological advice, and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment of ADHD or any other condition.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
